Aldi recalls breaded chicken steaks due to undeclared milk

Aldi is recalling Ashfield Farm British Breaded Chicken Steaks because they contain milk which is not mentioned on the label. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents.

The product has a use by date of 29 November and weighs 505g.

The Food Standards Agency said Aldi had issued a point-of-sale notice to its customers, explaining to customers why the product is are being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product.
