The Happy Egg Co has launched four chilled egg products in Tesco stores nationwide, expanding Noble Foods’ added-value portfolio.
Available from 12 October, the range includes mozzarella and tomato egg bites, ham hock with sweet potato frittata slices, six-packs of boiled eggs and four-packs of poached eggs. Prices range from £3 to £3.50.
Developed in partnership with Tesco, the products target demand for convenient, protein-rich foods for breakfast, lunch and snacking.
The launch follows the brand’s expansion into frozen omelettes last year. Noble Foods said its Leicester added-value facility, which opened in 2024, has doubled in capacity as demand for convenient egg products grows.
