Fridays Limited increased turnover by 10.4% to £89.4m in 2025, while profit after tax rose 16.1% to £11.9m.
The egg producer and packer reported higher sales in its shell egg division, driven by strong customer demand and steady prices. Long-term supply agreements with key customers continued to protect margins and volumes.
Turnover for the year ended 31 December 2025 was £89.4m, up from £81m in 2024, while operating profit increased from £13.5m to £15.7m.
Gross margin remained broadly stable at 41.7%, compared with 41.8% the previous year.
The company said demand for free-range eggs continued to grow, with a combination of its own farms and eggs purchased from other producers meeting customer requirements.
Its products division maintained stable revenues while balancing margins and volumes, with several new chilled product launches planned for early 2026.
Fridays said cash generation remained strong, supporting investment in new technology and equipment. Its arable operations continued to support the feed mill and vertically integrated business model, despite a difficult year for farming.
The company is also continuing to phase out colony-produced eggs as supermarket ranges change, having exited supply to one major customer and begun winding down its remaining flocks.
Profit after tax increased from £10.3m to £11.9m. Dividends paid during the year totalled £15.4m, up from £2.4m in 2024.
