St. Ewe Eggs has launched a new range of free-range liquid egg products aimed at the foodservice sector, marking the company’s expansion beyond shell eggs into professional kitchens.
The range, made from 100% British free-range eggs, includes liquid whole egg, egg white and egg yolk products, all supplied in 1kg ready-to-pour cartons. The company says the products have been developed in partnership with chefs to help kitchens improve efficiency, reduce waste and deliver consistent results.
The liquid eggs are pasteurised and designed for a wide range of applications, including scrambled eggs, baking, sauces, desserts and pâtisserie. St. Ewe says the products retain the flavour, colour and functionality of shell eggs while offering a longer refrigerated shelf life and improved food safety assurance.
The launch follows investment in specialist pasteurisation and filling technology at the company’s Cornwall-based operation.
Bex Tonks, founder and CEO of St. Ewe Eggs, said the new range builds on the company’s reputation for premium free-range eggs while providing a convenient solution for busy commercial kitchens.
St. Ewe, which became Europe’s first B Corp-certified egg packer in 2025, sources its eggs from British family farms and says welfare, provenance and quality remain central to the new foodservice offering.
