Banham Poultry has donated whole chickens to more than 800 families this Christmas. The company said it had worked with the charity Soul Foundation, whose partners include YMCA Norfolk, the Food Network, Fareshare, Norfolk Modern Slavery Collaborative, Salvation Army, and local hostels and local schools.
Banham Poultry has worked with the charity since the beginning of the first lockdown in March, donating food to feed families struggling to make ends meet and said it wanted to help spread goodwill and festive cheer.
