Moy Park Foodservice has launched a new menu of chicken burgers aimed at consumers reducing the amount of red meat they eat.
The processor said the trend for a reduced red meat diet had struck a chord with consumers for numerous reasons from healthy eating to environmental factors.
The ‘Fancy Something Different’ menu aims to help pubs build on this trend and add incremental sales.
The menu includes the Hot ‘n’ Spicy Chickwich burger; Wholemeal Chicken Burger, and Classic Chickwich burger, all of which can be cooked from frozen within a few minutes, ensuring quick service.
