Discount supermarket Aldi has launched four new ready-to-cook meal kits, expanding its ‘Ready, Set, Cook!’ range to seven lines.
Available in store from 27 July, the additions include favourites such as Chicken Tikka (£2.99), Chicken Fajita (£2.99), BBQ Pork Stir Fry (£2.99) and Beef Stroganoff (£3.99).
Aldi said it had been inspired by the rising popularity of fresh and convenient cooking, and wanted to offer healthy, tasty, and quick-to-cook meals that can be prepared in less than 15 minutes.
Fresh vegetables are measured and cut in advance and placed alongside deliciously marinated meat in a variety of flavours. The meals contain 100% British Chicken, Red Tractor Assured Pork or Red Tractor Assured Beef.
