Kepak recalls several chicken products due to allergens

Kepak Frozen Division is recalling three varieties of its Big AL’s chicken products as they contain mustard and or milk which are not declared on the labels.

This means that the products are a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to mustard and or an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents.

The products affected are Big AL’s Chicken Dippers (378g), with the best before date of Oct 2018; Big AL’s Chicken Chunks (377g) with the best before dates of Nov 2018 & Jan 2019 & Feb 2019; and Big AL’s Chicken Goujons (400g) with the best before date of Dec 2018.

Consumers have been advised by the Food Standards Agency that if they have bought any of the products and have an allergy to mustard or milk, do not eat them. Instead, return them to the store from where they were bought for a full refund.
