Worms in pigs and poultry can cause weight loss, diarrhoea, reduced productivity, anaemia, an increased feed conversion ratio and an increased susceptibility to other diseases. Free-range animals or animals raised outside are at higher risk of contracting worm infections. Flubendazole is a broad spectrum anthelmintic and is very effective in controlling worms that commonly occur in poultry and pigs.
