Broiler Farm Manager – Exceptional Opportunity at a Brand New, Premium, State-of-the-Art Facility

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Broiler Farm Manager to join ourselves and our new venture into broilers. We are looking for someone who wants to be a true partner in our venture and as such this role offers an attractive package worth up to £85,000, including:

– £50,000 salary
– £25,000 annual housing allowance – choose your own accommodation or we can assist you in finding what you want as needed
– £10,000 performance bonus based on collaboratively agreed targets
Additional to this:

– Company Vehicle
– Company Mobile Phone
– Company laptop
– Remote Access to Camera system

We are seeking a highly competent and driven Broiler Farm Manager to take on business responsibilities at a brand-new, top-of-the-range, poultry facility, designed with fresh thinking and an aim of setting new standards within the industry.

This opportunity is offered by a well-established and highly successful, diversified, family business group with a proven track record across agriculture and multiple other sectors, including several multi-million-pound enterprises. This strong foundation provides long-term stability, investment strength, and a commitment to building industry-leading operations.

This is not a typical farm management role. You will be our partner on site, operating a industry leading premium site, equipped with cutting-edge technology, including underfloor heating, unique ventilation and management link to corporate style offices. We have designed optimum conditions not only for the chickens, but for you as the business unit manager as well. All supported by sustainable energy systems, including biomass and solar, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and environmental responsibility are at the core of everything we do.

This is an opportunity to help shape a site that goes beyond the ordinary, with the clear goal of becoming an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of a modern broiler operation
Maintain the highest standards of bird welfare, performance, and biosecurity
Maximise productivity and efficiency using advanced systems and infrastructure
Work collaboratively with ownership to drive continuous improvement and innovation
What We’re Looking For:

– Proven experience in broiler farm management or at least an ability to show how you can truly deliver and perform at this level with suitable prior broiler farming experience
– Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
– A proactive, forward-thinking mindset
– A real desire to embrace and drive forward with innovative thinking
– Someone who takes pride in their work and is motivated to achieve excellence
– NQV Level 3
– Bird Welfare and Health Safety is a number one priority.

What We Offer:

– The chance to be our partner and manage a state-of-the-art, newly developed facility
– A forward-looking business committed to sustainability and innovation
– A genuine opportunity to make your mark and grow with the operation
– Competitive package, reflective of experience and impact with a shared upside when success is delivered
– Customer facing role and show site

If you are ready to step into a role where your expertise will directly influence the success of a high-spec, future-focused farming enterprise, we want to hear from you.

Please come and see us, understand the site as it will be one of the best in the UK.
