Potters Poultry expands its flock

Potters Poultry has expanded its team again as part of a new operational and marketing strategy to grow in the UK and Europe.

Ceri Morris, pullets and equipment representative, began his career in the poultry industry as farm manager before joining the Potters Poultry six years ago where he focussed on pullets.

He has has worked his way up through the company and has recently been appointed to sales support manager.

He said: “I’m really excited to start my new role with Potters’, having been here for six years and watching it develop, I’m excited to continue to be a part of its upcoming operational changes.”

Daniel Morris has joined Potters Poultry as technical sales manager covering the South of England and Wales.

He has gained extensive experience in sales since starting his career with TATA Steel back in 1996.

“I am eager and looking forward to some exciting times with Potters and can see the huge potential we have already”, said Mr Morris.

Neil Forknall, sales and marketing director of Potters Poultry, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Daniel to our team. His experience will benefit the business and further improve our service for poultry farmers across the UK.

“This is a pivotal time for the poultry industry with continuing challenges coming from COVID-19, Brexit, and Avian Influenza. I am eager to ensure Potters works closely with its customers to improve industry standards by investing in our staff and partners to facilitate this.”
