Noble Foods has appointed Geraldine Phillips as its new marketing director for the company’s shell egg division, which includes the Happy Egg Company and Big & Fresh brands.
The appointment is the latest of a number of senior role changes at Noble Foods in recent times as the company “targets strong and sustainable growth”.
Ms Phillips, who joins the company with more than 15 years’ experience working with food and drink brands, is tasked with leading the division’s marketing communications, driving penetration and growing the overall category. She’ll also oversee the brand activity and innovation plan.
Previously European marketing manager for growth business platforms at the frozen foods business, Iglo Group, she was welcomed to Noble Foods by CEO, Dale Burnett, as a “brilliant addition” to the company’s growing team.
“The business is in a really exciting position currently and so we’re looking forward to leading further innovation in the egg market,” he said.
