Nisa Retail recalls chicken breast fillets because of incorrect date labelling

Nisa Retail Limited is recalling Heritage British Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets with a use-by date of 29 December 2018 because of incorrect date labelling. The product should have been labelled with a use-by date of 29 November 2018.

No other Nisa Retail products are known to be affected.

According to the Food Standards Agency (FSA) the affected products have been labelled with an incorrect use-by date, and therefore could inadvertently be eaten past the date by which it can be safely consumed.

Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores identified to be selling this product. These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product.
