🌾 Health and Safety Advisor – Agriculture and Engineering Sectors
📍 Location: Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9
🕒 Part-Time: (25-30 hours weekly with a flexible schedule) – Hybrid role – | Permanent
💼 Salary: £36,000 pro rata
🎓 Qualification: NEBOSH (General or Construction or equivalent)

Thanks to new projects and rising demand our team is expanding, and we’re now on the lookout for a Health & Safety Advisor to join us. You’ll be part of a friendly, down to earth crew helping to keep things safe, sound and sensible across our customers various rural, agricultural and engineering sites.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in agriculture, rural industry, or construction
Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
Great communication skills and a friendly, down to earth attitude are key to building trust and good relationships with farmers and site owners
Essential – own car and full driving licence – great sense of direction (or a good playlist) you’re all set to travel to various sites as and when required!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Conducting on-site safety surveys across farms, agricultural, CDM, commercial & industrial sites
Developing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements
Advising clients on compliance with health and safety legislation, including COSHH, PUWER
Investigating incidents and recommending preventive actions
Delivering induction training tailored to the customers’ environment
Supporting clients through external audits and inspections (HSE, etc.)
